Resilience does not contract with insurance companies because we don’t want insurance to dictate the care you receive.

With most private (non-Medicare) insurances, you may request a super-bill to submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
Check with your health insurance provider to determine amount of reimbursement.

Resilience does not have a relationship with Medicare **

If you would like to use your Medicare benefits for Physical Therapy, Resilience therapists unfortunately cannot treat you, but we will refer you to a clinician who accepts Medicare.

** We can only accept Medicare beneficiaries as PT clients when they do not want Medicare billed for any PT services. This request to not involve Medicare in payment must be made by the patient, of their own free will, and documented before the start of care. If you are a beneficiary who would like to come to Resilience for your PT, you will be asked to acknowledge your decision to exclude Medicare from the transaction in writing.

We charge a single hourly rate of $115 per hour, or $60 per half hour, for all services.

Additionally, you may purchase a 10-pack of hour long sessions for $1,000 **

** $100 per hour-long session. Packages valid for one year after purchase.

Payment is due at the time of service. 

We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
